These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mel’s Playbook mobile application and website (the “Service”), operated by Mels Playbook LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

Mel’s Playbook provides sports analysis, simulations, and informational tools. Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not financial, betting, or legal advice.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store.
• Pricing and renewal terms are shown at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

We do not control Apple’s billing or refund processes.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
• Do not misuse the Service in ways that harm others or the platform.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Mels Playbook LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of simulations or predictions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mels Playbook LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
